Documentary filmmaker Michael Moore met with protesters Saturday afternoon at Trump Tower in Manhattan, saying he wanted to talk with President-elect Donald Trump and making it all the way to the fourth floor before Secret Service agents turned him away.

Still, Moore said later, he left a note that agents told him they would deliver to Trump.

“You lost,” Moore said the note read. “Step aside.”…

“I’m opposed to this man who did not win the popular vote, taking office, and we need to figure out what we can do, legally, non-violently, to make sure this doesn’t happen,” Moore said in the Facebook Live broadcast once back outside near Fifth Avenue.

Shortly after Moore left the building, Nigel Farage of the UK Independence Party reportedly also walked into the lobby of Trump Tower, accompanied by an unknown person. They were allowed up, according to the Associated Press.
