Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand doesn’t remember which “old man” in Congress called her “porky” when she was pregnant.
Speaking to a group of Hearst employees Monday evening before the launch of her book, “Off the Sidelines,” Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) recapped the chapter where she talks about the unwanted focus on her figure in Washington.

“I’m working out (at the congressional gym while pregnant), doing my best, and this old man comes up to me and says, ‘You know, good thing you’re working out because you wouldn’t want to get porky.’ What an A-hole!” she said, citing a much discussed chapter in her book that sparked guessing games about who made the comment.
But Gillibrand added: “I didn’t even know who he was.”
