Here’s a fact the media really doesn’t want to talk about: transgender “women” have shot more people than ICE agents have in 2026.
The most recent tragedies involving shooters who believed they were transgender happened earlier this month. First, there was 56-year-old Robert Dorgan, who called himself Roberta Esposito. During a high school hockey game in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Dorgan opened fire on family members in the stands, killing his ex-wife and their adult son before turning the gun on himself.
The week before that, 18-year-old Jesse Van Rootselaar, a man initially misidentified by police as a “female in a dress,” murdered two relatives at home before killing six and injuring dozens more at a British Columbia high school. It was one of the deadliest mass shootings in Canadian history.
You could be forgiven if you hadn’t heard much about these tragedies—the media virtually ignored them. By contrast, the country was subjected to around-the-clock hyperventilating on cable news after an ICE agent shot a woman in Minneapolis after she struck him with her vehicle.
