Joe Rogan is officially the King of Podcasts.
For the Joe Rogan Experience has dethroned the New York Times' The Daily to claim the top spot on Apple's annual rankings, it was announced on Tuesday.
The comedian had already held the number-one spot on Spotify and can now claim the crown among the world's two top podcast publishers.
The 58-year-old returned to Apple in February 2024 after a three-year absence, when Spotify gave up exclusive rights to his show as part of a multi-year contract renewal said to be worth up to $250million.
His podcast is a long-form interview program that covers topics including science, comedy, current affairs and philosophy.
It draws an estimated eight million monthly viewers on Apple.
The Daily ranked number one on the platform last year but fell to second place in 2025.
