Ruidoso, New Mexico suffers damage again as heavy rain triggers record flash flooding in burn scars

Devastating flash flooding returned to the town of Ruidoso, New Mexico, on Tuesday as heavy rains overwhelmed the area still reeling from burn scars from recent wildfires.

Damage reports indicate floodwaters reached multiple homes and several roads throughout Ruidoso were covered with water.

Again, look how FAST that water piles up when it's all headed to the same place at the same time.
