Rap artist Snoop Dogg clapped back at critics who took issue with him performing at one of the celebratory events ahead of the inauguration of President Donald Trump last week.
The 53-year-old entertainer, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., addressed his haters via a video uploaded to Instagram on Sunday. Snoop had performed at an event called the Crypto Ball in Washington, D.C., on January 18, which is why so many followers were reacting badly. Soulja Boy and Rick Ross also performed at the event.
“For all the hate, I’m going to answer with love,” Snoop said in a video recorded in his car. “Y’all can’t hate enough; I love too much. Get your life right, stop worrying about mine. I’m cool, I’m together. Still a black man. Still 100% black. All out ’til you ball out, or ’til you fall out.”
