Sen. John Fetterman arrived at the Capitol for President-elect Donald Trump's Inauguration in a black hoodie, gray shorts and sneakers — staying true to his traditional fashion style, despite the freezing temp.

Everyone else has arrived in formal attire. Fetterman met with Trump last week at Mar-a-Lago and has signaled openness to supporting a number of his administration staffing picks.
