Suspect's car had ISIS flag, sources say
11 a.m. - The suspect accused of plowing a truck through a crowd on Bourbon Street is 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar, according to a law enforcement source.
The source said he was carrying an ISIS flag in the truck.
Bourbon Street attacker was in full military gear
10:45 a.m. - New Orleans City Council President Helena Moreno said the suspect in the mass casualty incident was in full military gear and was apparently not a local resident.
