Florida Republican Rep. Byron Donalds took to social media to criticize the media and President Joe Biden’s advisors, accusing them of orchestrating a years-long cover-up of Biden’s cognitive decline.

His remarks came in response to a segment on CBS’s Face the Nation, where journalist Jan Crawford questioned Biden’s fitness for office and the media’s failure to scrutinize his capabilities during his presidency.

“They blamed it on a ‘stutter.’ They blamed it on ‘Russian disinfo.’ They blamed it on ‘cheap-fakes,’” Donalds wrote on X.
