I suspect we're looking at a ceiling of 220 seats, which puts Republicans in the same position as two years ago. The pressures of being in the opposition won't be present this session, which should make it more manageable for Mike Johnson. Still, it will be difficult to originate bold legislation in the House with such a thin majority.
