In fairness, at the time O'Donnell recorded this, it wasn't entirely apparent that Trump would win the popular vote as well as the Electoral College. There's still an outside chance that when California finishes counting its votes that Harris could edge him out. California has 63% of its precincts reporting, with 10.5 million votes tallied thus far, with Harris ahead there by 1.8 million -- and other states are still counting too, including OR and WA.
Right now the national vote has Trump ahead by 4.32 million. I'd say that the chances of Harris overtaking Trump in the popular vote are between slim and non, but it's not non-zero quite yet.
