The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a member of the MS-13 gang in relation to two murders in August.
Marlyn Medrano-Ortiz, 18, is charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Sheriff Mike Chapman said his department coordinated with the Alexandria Police Department to identify and arrest Medrano-Ortiz.
Deputies were called to the area of Huntington Square and Ridgetop Circle just after 4:30 a.m. Aug. 28 after callers reported a disturbance in a parking lot.
