Prof. Wax, a guest on our podcast last year, has expressed widely held conservative views on race, immigration, crime, and other subject with unusual directness and candor. Her biggest sin, according to the wokerati, is her attack on affirmative action admissions for black students at Penn Law. She said that she could only think of “one or two” black students who’d graduated in the top half of her first-year course, which was taken away from her after she made these comments.
