They will tell you that Walz is a folksy moderate from the Midwest when the reality is Walz is a caricature of what coastal liberals believe midwestern Democrats look and sound like. There will be no discussion of Walz putting tampons in boys’ bathrooms or signing legislation that redefines pedophilia to grant extra protections to child molesters. Mainstream outlets will never profile the business owners who lost everything while he let the George Floyd riots run wild. Walz’s wife will never have to answer for leaving her windows open so she could smell the burning tires from the riot.

Substance and policy simply will no longer matter to the mainstream media. But now is the time for Republicans to quit playing the victim card and focus on winning.
