Video: The DC Case Against Trump Is (Mostly) Dead

Technically, the opinion today in Trump v US leaves room for prosecution, especially on the 'fake electors' scheme, which Trump's attorneys conceded were likely not official acts as president. However, by ordering the DC court to hold a hearing on the applications of presumptive immunity before proceeding to trial, there's no way to hold that trial before the election. And after the election, there just won't be any point, for obvious reasons.
