Seems wonderful until you remember it's "Maine" and there are Lefty whack doodles running the state. 

Change that, I'd think seriously about it. I have always had a warm place in my heart after spending summers there growing up. So many adventures and I still love big woods and lots of snow.

AFTER they test the water for whatever's in it up there that seems to rot susceptible New England brains.
