In a huge win today in federal court, Judge Reed O’Connor just vacated the rule banning pistol braces created by Joe Biden’s gun-hating ATF.

The rule would have forced Americans to register these pistol braces or become a felon.

The reason this victory is so huge is because the Fifth Circuit has already ruled that the ATF rule is “likely illegal”, meaning this rule should be dead forever.
