The appeals court is expected to rule on the disqualification issue by March 2025, though it could issue a ruling sooner. Several sources close to the case have told CNN that the timeline remains very uncertain.

I'll bet it is. Judge Scott McAfee allowed enough into the record to make clear that Willis lied on the stand and used the trial to benefit herself and her then-boyfriend. McAfee may not have wanted to disqualify Willis, but he gave the appellate court plenty of reasons to overturn him.
