Hunter Biden started banging Hallie Biden shortly after -- at least, the official story is "shortly after" -- Beau Biden died due to being exposed to burn pits while leading top secret commandos in Ukraine.
Maybe? This is getting a lot of chatter in the conservative commentariat, and one can see why -- Joe's desperate to get Hunter off the hook. Just how much Hallie could do for Hunter, even if she was so inclined, is debatable, though. He's facing charges for firearms possession as a drug user and tax evasion. It's not clear what Hallie could say to exonerate Hunter, not to mention that she risks prosecution if she lies on the stand.
But even if it is witness tampering -- and it probably is -- no one could prove it without flipping Hallie against Joe. It's not exactly unheard-of for a grandfather to visit his family, after all. (Even if there's one granddaughter he still hasn't visited.)
