Business as usual. Too bad Biden isn't a Republican so that the media will actually report on Biden's serial fabulism and/or his failing memory and delusional double life. 

One quick point on #2: it's possible that Biden may have confused the Secret Service with the Capitol Police, which would have had jurisdiction over this kind of weird correspondence. But I seriously doubt it ever happened; this is more of Biden being a sexual legend in his own mind.
