'Bizarre' is more like it. In the first place, these kinds of cheap theatrics generally produce two outcomes. One, it confirms the reliance on intimidation tactics by the Palinazi sympathizers that resulted in the arrests at NYU. Second, it's likely to land the woman on a no-fly list if she keeps it up.

Besides, as one person responded to Rugg on Twitter/X, Adams got stuck with a middle seat on the flight. Isn't that punishment enough for his sins?
