People believe that the woman spotted in the clip is Heidi Agan, "the most realistic Kate Middleton lookalike," according to Agan's official website. Her "about" page reads, "Her work includes television appearances, newspaper publications and media events. Based in the UK the Duchess of Cambridge lookalike has been working solidly since being discovered in 2012 and now also works internationally."
