Nadler's an attorney, but apparently has forgotten the first rule of cross-examination: never ask questions to which you don't already know the answer. Hur doesn't explicitly answer "yes," as Steve writes, but the full answer leaves no doubt that Biden lied. And that raises questions about perjury, given that Bill Clinton got convicted on that charge and had to surrender his law license over it (and got impeached as well).
