A family whose car was stolen at gunpoint months ago now claims they are being victimized again.

That's because their carjacked vehicle, which was recovered by D.C. police, is being kept in an impound lot until they can cover the bill.

It was back in November of 2023 when Michelle Terrell spoke with 7News.

She said after a long night of driving for a food delivery service, her husband went to park their car and got carjacked in Northwest D.C.
