Every family that scraped and saved in order to send their kids to college loan-free, every blue-collar or trade professional who found success without a sheepskin, is on the hook to pay off the debt of students who were too naive not to realize that spending five or more years pursuing a degree in Anger Studies wasn’t going to result in a six-figure job upon graduation.
