Why is this so difficult? How about just pay everyone, regardless of gender and color, the same pay for the same job. That would be fair and appropriate.

Paying one ethnicity less than others is racist. I don’t care if they call it DEI or pay equity. A company putting one group of people above another based on race or gender is simply wrong.

In what world is this even substantive, let alone beneficial? I doubt anyone noticed. This is practically the apotheosis of limousine liberalism.
