Why is this even a question? The media traded in reporting for "narrative journalism" decades ago, and trashed its credibility in the process. We have exhaustive evidence of their corruption and bias in nearly 18 years of operation in our own archives, let alone those of our colleagues, and on both sides of the aisle too. Every time a news outlet cites "Gaza health ministry" as a source for Hamas-generated propaganda, a 'journalist' loses his wings, so to speak. Mainstream media outlets are almost beyond parody these days, let alone responsive to criticism.
