"Gestapo" is over the top, obviously, and not really appropriate even for rhetorical hyperbole. Corporations implement and enforce policies every day; it's not the enforcement that's the issue, but the policies themselves. Otherwise, Musk's criticisms are entirely valid and correct, especially since Disney's output HAS "suck[ed]" in recent years. 

Will Musk try buying into Disney to do something about it? That's the most interesting question here.
