Remember when America was a first-world country? That was nice. I miss that.

[It’s been about 17 years since I was a hiring manager, and I could see some of these same problems with millennials too. No one brought their mom or dad with them into an interview, but applicants had a lot of trouble making eye contact, using proper grammar and spelling on applications, and didn’t dress appropriately for the interview then, either. And even those who managed to get through an interview reasonably well had these same issues in job performance.
