Israeli Army Launches Probe of Its Oct. 7 Hamas Massacre Failures

Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi has assembled a team of military officials to lead the probe, as was first reported by Israel’s Channel 12 and confirmed by the Times of Israel.

The panel reportedly includes former IDF chief of staff Shaul Mofaz, former Military Intelligence Directorate chief Aharon Ze’evi-Farkash, former Southern Command chief Sami Turgeman and former Operations Directorate chief Yoav Har-Even.
