Now, if these were J6ers, they would be deploying every dirty investigatory tool in the world to verify their exact location at the time of the crimes, including warrantless demands from cell-phone companies and Google and Apple for the suspects’ geolocation data.

But obviously, the FBI and DOJ have not bothered to do that.
