[Who, you may ask? He’s the Congressman who told CNN this morning that the speaker fight “makes us look like a bunch of idiots,” and declared that he would not vote for Jordan. And there still could be more candidates with Jordan and Scott — maybe Tom Emmer, who wanted to move up after Scalise won the nomination. The big question will be why the House GOP are bothering with a nominating process when no one apparently feels bound to support the results. Which makes them look like idiots, as Scott declared before entering the fray. — Ed]
