The Dems are not all in on the Fetterman dress code rule

A top Democrat in the Senate broke with Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on the controversial decision to relax the chamber’s dress code.

Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), who is the Senate majority whip, said he is “concerned” about the change that was implemented this week, according to The Hill.

“I can’t understand exactly what he was thinking at that point,” Durbin said of Schumer. “I want to give him the benefit of the doubt until I speak to him but I think the Senate needs to act on this.”
