Anthony Capone resigned from his post as CEO of DocGo, “effective immediately,” because of “personal reasons,” according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
His resignation comes a day after the Albany Times Union reported that Capone didn’t have a graduate degree from Clarkson University.
He had previously told investors that he had a degree in “computational learning theory, which is a subset of artificial intelligence,” according to the Times Union.
