Retired dictator Raúl Castro and his successor, Miguel Díaz-Canel, welcomed the Portuguese Secretary General of the United Nations, António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres, in Havana, who traveled to Cuba to attend the G-77 + China Summit.“Dear friend António Guterres, it is an immense pleasure for us to receive you again in Cuba, and we appreciate the gesture of your presence here, to which we attach great significance,” expressed Díaz-Canel.
