Top Fox News exec out for "misconduct"

Fox News has fired one of the network’s longest-serving executives over allegations of misconduct.

Veteran executive John Finley was fired after Fox determined that he violated the company’s conduct standards.

Finley helped develop many of the network’s biggest shows and had once been Sean Hannity’s executive producer.

He was put on leave from his role as executive vice president of development in recent weeks.

An outside law firm had been conducting an investigation into the allegations.
