The film scored 18 number-one slots across Latin America over the weekend, according to Angel Studios.

[It’s fascinating how well it’s being received, even though most of the trafficking depicted in the film takes place in Mexico, Honduras, and Colombia. However, the film does take pains to also highlight the partnerships Tim Ballard built with local law enforcement in Latin America, especially Colombia, so it features some good guys as well.
