Miami Mayor Francis Suarez announced Tuesday he is suspending his long-shot bid for the White House after failing to gain momentum in the crowded Republican field.

“While I have decided to suspend my campaign for President, my commitment to making this a better nation for every American remains,” Suarez wrote in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

[Suarez started off his campaign by fumbling the Uighur question from Hugh Hewitt and then later claiming that Hugh mispronounced “Oy-gers.” He was Ramaswamy without the money.
