Hannity: “So, wherever I go, whenever we have audience shows, people will ask me, you know, and I will ask them who do they think would be a good vice presidential candidate? It’s a little different question than the horse race. Your name comes up every single solitary time. Now, you have tried to dodge, duck, weave and pull a Joe Biden on me. You don’t like this question. However, if you were asked to be vice president with somebody, maybe Donald Trump, would you do it?”

NOEM: “Number one, what you have always asked me is if I’m running for president. So this is a different question. And I will tell you that of course I would consider it. I think everybody should consider it. Our country is breaking right in front of our very eyes today and everybody should be a part of putting it back on its foundation. If President Trump is going to be back in the White House, I would do all I can to help him be successful.”

Hannity: “Good answer. But now I will ask the question everyone else asks. Do you have any future presidential ambitions at this time?”

NOEM: “I am focused here. You know that, Sean. I am consistent. But this is the goal, is to continue to live the life of significance. I think we all should get up every single day and do what we can to protect this greatest experiment in history. Our Founders gave us an incredible gift. Let’s not drop the ball on our watch.”

Hannity: “Governor, it’s an inspiring story, South Dakota, what’s going on with your economy. By the way, the lowest unemployment in our country, if I’m not mistaken.”

[Noem would make a smarter choice than Kari Lake or Marjorie Taylor Greene, for Trump or whomever else might win the nomination. However, if Noem does have presidential aspirations, it would not be a good choice on her part. Running mates and VPs do not have good track records on winning nominations or elections in presidential races, especially in the modern era. — Ed]
