Here’s what the lie seems to be based on: There was a corrupt prosecutor removed from office for not prosecuting Burisma.

But that prosecutor was the one in charge before Shokin. He was removed from office, then replaced with Shokin, who did take steps to prosecute Burisma.

The Biden team, and Dan Goldman, the New Adam Schiff, are playing a game of mixing up the two prosecutors to claim that Shokin was the one refusing to prosecute Burisma.

In fact, that was the previous prosecutor — who was bribed by Burisma.
