[Not a surprise at all. They want to cling to the power they have created for themselves, just as they want to do with the CDC and mask mandates. Good luck getting the Fifth Circuit to endorse that, but they may have some issues with the broadness of Doughty’s language on who has been enjoined. Gabriel Malor warned about that earlier. — Ed]
