[Worth noting because the White House apparently couldn’t figure it out either. They’ve been routinely editing transcripts to make Biden sound more coherent, but as you’ll see below, the transcriber apparently gave up on this one. Bear in mind too that this was from a *prepared speech* on Bidenomics. — Ed]

Anyway, last week we reopened I-95, back where I live. And you go up the East Coast — it’s one of the most important lengths in the entire East Coast. Well, guess what? Less than — we — a guy driving a truck hit a ba- — anyway, he knocked down a whole bridge, and the whole — blocked four lanes of the highway.
