Hunter Biden is set to be quizzed under oath as part of a civil defamation case by the computer repair shop owner who worked on his now-infamous laptop.

The 53-year-old will be deposed on Thursday where he is expected to be forced to confirm he owned the device that contained a series of damning emails and lewd photos.

John Paul Mac Issac, the owner of the Mac Shop in Wilmington, filed a defamation against the embattled First Son in October last year for $1.5 million in damages.
