For the third time in a months-long legal battle, former State Attorney Andrew Warren’s suspension by Gov. Ron DeSantis was upheld.

DeSantis suspended Warren in August 2022. The former state attorney then had his efforts to be reinstated denied in September and January, and now again in June.
