[Presidents carry notes on *their own* talking points. They don’t get the media talking points in advance, or at least they didn’t until they felt the need to prop up Joe Biden. The reporter lamely argues that Courtney Subrumanian’s question wasn’t “exactly” what was written on the card, but it was the same topic and the same points as what Biden was holding.
