[Sheer idiocy. How can the Department of Education enforce Title IX if they refuse to define “woman”? Cardona tried to shift the conversation to “equal access,” but equal between *whom* and/or *what*? Title IX very specifically refers to “sex discrimination,” and that means that “sex” has to have a firm and legal definition in order to determine whether discrimination takes place. — Ed]
