[The platform isn’t undermining NPR’s credibility. They do a fine job of that themselves. If they wanted to demonstrate independence, they could simply refuse to take federal subsidies, especially since NPR keeps insisting that it’s only “less than 1%” of their operating budget. And maybe they could start building credibility by reporting on stories rather than burying them. — Ed]
