[Bear in mind, of course, that everyone’s innocent until proven guilty. With that said, I wonder how the FBI will take this, especially if they get a look at the video and see just how much “observing” this employee was doing. If the SPLC is sending its employees out to events and they end up participating in domestic terrorism, perhaps the FBI — and every other law-enforcement agency — will think twice about partnering up with them to identify “extremists.” — Ed]
