[What in the hell would Biden have been doing with classified materials in his possession in 1974? He was a freshman senator from Delaware with no retention authority whatsoever. This makes it sound as though Biden has a lifelong habit of purloining classified material. And maybe he does. So what use did he make of it, and how many people had access to it over the last 49 years? — Ed]
