Manchin: Count me out on the rail sick-day addition too

As progressives push for paid sick leave as part of rail deal, Joe Manchin signals he opposes going that route. Says he doesn't like having Congress intervening in this way.

[Interesting position, and not without risk for Manchin. His constituents may be deeply Republican now, but they’re mainly working class too and might not appreciate his nuance on negotiations. It’s the correct position to take, of course, as I outlined yeterday.
